Electronic patient tracking tool?

Good Day Colleagues,

Can someone share with me a an example of electronic patient tracking tool? I would very much be interested in an open source solution with SMS functions that can be linked to an EMR

Hi Taffa, several electronic patient tracking tools were discussed during the Jan 12th DUC community meeting, and you can see slides about these presentations here. I work with the Community Health Toolkit, one of the open source tools/communities discussed on that call.
