Feb 1 -- OHIE Patient Identity Management Technical Session

Join the OpenHIE community on Wednesday 1 February @ 9-10 am EST; 2-3 pm UTC; 3-4 pm WAT; 5-6 pm EAT for a technical session focused on patient identity management work.

OpenHIE is moving toward a process for assessing if software such as OpenCR, JemPI and SanteEMPI are aligned with the OpenHIE specification. To accomplish this, we will want to do the following:

  1. Ensure that we have the non-data exchange “requirements” for a CR / EMPI documented in a way that we can evaluate. (see requirements CRF-1 and following.)
  2. have a plan (draft) for how we would evaluate alignment with a given requirement.

A small team has taken an initial cut at reviewing the current requirements and thinking about how those might be evaluated. The purpose of this meeting is to determine if there are updates required to the CR OHIE requirements and to discuss how OHIE might evaluate alignment with the requirements (draft proposal).
