At our last Community Call, Richard Stanley presented on the Open Client Registry Please find the presentation posted HERE:

  1. What are some challenges you face with patient/client identity linking?

  2. Consider the workflow of a clinician being able to see if a patient is receiving care at another facility. What systems (EMRs, community systems) and partners would be needed to be able to link patient data?

  3. What identity linking solutions or best practices are you currently using? Are there any solutions you are using across implementing partners?
