- What system(s) is your organization using to help determine what happened to the patients who missed appointment? (For example, OpenMRS, Ushauri and/ or paper)
- Describe where there are system gaps (describe where the system or process isn’t working or where work-arounds and/ or paper are being used).
- If there were no constraints on time or money, describe technical services or functions needed to support your needs.
- Are there cases where a patient has been identified as missing an appointment, but they actually came? How do you find those?
